Directions
Take 2 capsules Daily

This product may have a mild diuretic (urinary tract) and laxative cleansing effect. This bottle contains 60 vegetable capsules which will supply two 15 day cleanses.

Easy to take. I like that it has 10 natural ingredients. I did the 15 days recommended and the results were good. No more bloating. It seems to clean me out. Great price it has 2 cleanses in the bottle so I can save the 2nd cleanse for next time.
