The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time. All customers purchasing from this site agree they are 18 years of age or older.

Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card, PayPal, checks or money orders. Payments accepted by Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If paying by check or money order please enclose a copy of your order with your mailed payment.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Recurring Orders/Autoship

If you agree to have your credit card billed automatically your order will renew according to your choice monthly, quarterly, bi-monthly etc. and of course with this risk free offer you can change, modify, or cancel your participation anytime by calling 603.893.4320. If you decide to cancel your monthly renewal please contact us 2 weeks prior or before your next shipment is due. If we have not been contacted within this time and your order ships you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges that occur if returned.


Daily Health will refund the product price on unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase, shipping and handling not included. There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds. Please contact us by phone before returning your products.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Daily Health, Inc. located in Salem, NH. Orders are shipped USPS FCM or Priority mail within 24 business hours of purchase. Daily Health, Inc is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
